Rainbow the Lobster

The Ocean Instite in Dana Point, CA recently changed the naming rights of their California Spiny Lobster to RAINBOW.
"Rainbow the Lobster molted recently so the reason his colors are so pale in the photo above is because his outer shell is currently hardening up. We have had him for quite some time and we roughly estimate his age to be about 50 years old. He loves his tank in our courtyard and can always be found relaxing in the front corner for everyone to view him."
