Rainbow Guarantee
The Rainbow® Guarantee is for the lifetime of the sole. The sandals will be eligible for warranty until you have worn through anywhere on the top or bottom layer of the sole.
RAINBOW® SANDALS will repair your sandals if they are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects only. If your sandals are covered under our warranty and we are unable to repair them, we will issue a new pair.
Signature Series Guarantee Policy
Rainbow® Guarantee
Rainbow Sandals will repair your sandals if they are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects only. If you sandals are covered under our warranty and we are unable to repair them, we will issue a new pair. If a Signature Series Sandal is covered under the lifetime warranty and cannot be repaired we will replace your sandals with another Signature Series pair based on product availability. If no Signature Series sandals are available we will replace your sandals with a new pair of regular sandals of your choice. No additional refund will be issued.
If you are not sure if your sandals are covered under the lifetime warranty please email pictures of the top and bottom of both sandals to customer service at Info@RainbowSandals.com for review before mailing them in.
For Example:
Strap Pulling Out From Toe Straps
If toe strap comes unglued and pulls cleanly from between the layers of the sandal.
Note: Pulled Straps will have straight edges. Torn Straps will have frayed edges
Strap Pulling Out From Side Strap
If side straps come unglued and pull cleanly from between the layers of the sandals.
Note: pulled straps will have straight edges. Torn straps will have frayed edges.
Delamination of layers
The top or bottom sole coming unglued and separating from the middle layer of colored foam.
IMPORTANT: No damaged sandals are to be replaced by the store. All Sandals needing replacement due to manufacturing defects must be mailed to the factory. Repaired or replaced sandals will be returned paid within 15 days of receipt.
Using any kind of leather conditioner or oil based substance WILL cause unrepairable damage to this product, if we receive sandals with delamination due to any type of substances used on the materials we will not replace the sandals. ANY USE OF LEATHER CONDITIONER, OILS, LOTIONS OR ANY OTHER MOISTURIZER THAT RESULTS IN A DELAMINATION IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT AND WILL IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY.
Non Guarantee Policy
RAINBOW® SANDALS will NOT Repair or Replace your sandals if they have any of the below issues occurring. The situations described below are wear and tear issues. If any of the below are present on your sandals the warranty is immediately voided, regardless if a manufacturing defect is also present.
Please note: any self repair attempts will void the warranty. Please do not attempt to repair the sandals yourself.
For Example:
Bottom or Top Sole Wearing Through to Soft Colored Insert
Wearing the sandals from the top or bottom sole into the soft colored insert between the top and bottom soles.
Note: This will automatically void the warranty regardless if a manufacturing defect is present.
Excessive Abuse
Chewed Strap from Dog, Gouged or Ripped materials, Skateboard Abuse, Cuts, Slashes, Burns, etc.
Torn Toe Straps
If the side/toe straps tear out from the surface of the sandal or if the strap itself is cut or torn.
Torn/Cut Side Straps
If the side/toe straps tear out from the surface of the sandal or if the strap itself is cut or torn.
Cracked Leather and/or Materials Water Damage
Any damage as a result of the sandal coming in contact with moisture, i.e. bowed, shrunk, faded, wrinkled materials, cracked leather.

If your sandals are covered under our warranty please write your full name, address, and telephone number on a piece of paper. Include a brief description about the problem you are having with your sandals and send them in to the address above. Once your sandals are evaluated Rainbow Sandals will repair or replace them and return them to you. If the sandals are not covered under our warranty we will mail you a letter stating the reasons why, if you would like to have your sandals returned to you Rainbow Sandals requires 7.00 for return shipping. If you do not want your sandals returned we will donate wearable sandals to one of our many charities.
Be sure that you include your name, address, phone number, a description of the problem, and the size and style of sandals that you are sending in to us for evaluation.
Rainbow Sandals is unable to make any repair to sandals that are not covered by the guarantee. No single sandals are sold.
Please be sure to get a tracking number for your package when you mail it to Rainbow in the event of a lost package we require proof of delivery at our warehouse.
Rainbow Sandals does not cover the cost of international shipping. International customer who return sandals for warranty evaluation will be responsible for shipping to Rainbow Sandals as well as return shipping to the customer.
Breaking them in

Straps should fit snug at first
Be patient with breaking the sandals in
Wear for short periods to start
A toe sock or sock while breaking in can alleviate rubbing
Stuff an empty water bottle under the strap to slowly stretch them out
With time they will mold to your individual feet
It is not necessary to soak in water to help break in
“We make our sandals to fit snug at first. We suggest a snugly fit strap that will allow a finger to slide under the strap without too much effort. We use genuine bovine leather that is stiff when it’s new and requires a short break in period. Be patient with the initial break in, as you wear the sandals the leather with soften, the straps will stretch and the footbed will start molding to your individual feet. If you have sensitive skin you may want to wear a pair of toe socks or socks to alleviate the rubbing and speed up the process. You can also stuff an empty water bottle or tennis ball under the strap over night to assist with stretching the straps and speed up the process. It is not necessary to soak your sandals in water to break them in, simply wear them and they will adjust to your foots form and develop a personalized fit.”
