Homeless Teen Help
Rainbow® Sandals Foundation is proud support to the Homeless Teen Help, a remarkable non-profit dedicated helping those in need.
Since 2016 Homeless Teen Help (HTH) have been providing homeless teens and adults in need a website and a directory/ handbook of local social service organizations who are able to provide immediate needed services such as food, clothing and shelter as well as services providing counseling, employment, education, substance abuse and mental health. The directory/handbooks and hand-out cards with the website QR code are provided to the county departments of education for distribution to the teachers. They also send the directory/handbook to McKinney Vento counselors in each school district, to school district representatives at the colleges, to churches, to the service providers and to the homeless liaison officers in each cities police and sheriff department.
All of Homeless Teen Help directories and hand-out cards are provided at no cost to the representatives or the public. The charity's president and directors take no payroll and contribute to some of the annual expenses. The balance of the operating costs are paid from general public donations. They now distribute our materials to Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties and will continue to expand as donor funds become available.
