The Friends of San Clemente

Dec. 2, 2022 The Friends of San Clemente Beaches, Parks & Recreation Foundation (SC Foundation) was founded in 2000 as a vehicle to assist the City in meeting its park and recreational goals, specifically to provide a consistent funding source for projects and programs that would otherwise be delayed, might not occur, or would be discontinued, due to the lack of funding sources.
