Nov. 25, 2020 Rainbow® Sandals Foundation was able to lend a hand and help the Community Outreach Alliance (COA). COA’s programs offer alternatives to environments where drugs and alcohol are prevalent. As well as offering professional help and guidance for those on their road to recovery, their programs include classes and performances in music, sports, and comedy.
