This Easter Sunday we are here at “Crisis Kitchen Coalition” it is a little wet and windy but anticipating sunshine sooner than later. 720 hot breakfast plates, 1,400 lunches and, about 1,900 dinners (of course all of the meals are to go) and they stay in their cars. This running back & forth beats going to the gym.
