Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $20.00 shipping within the United States. On average customers can expect to receive their order within 7-10 business days of placing the order.

  • If your order does not meet the minimum $20.00 free shipping requirement, you will automatically be charged for economy shipping during checkout.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Smart Post, or through the Post Office at our discretion.

 

Expedited Shipping

 During checkout; customers have the option to upgrade the ship method to 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight. Once selected, you will be quoted for the additional shipping cost to your address. 

  • Please keep in mind; orders are processed the business day following the order date. For example, an order placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday (assuming there are no holidays or extenuating circumstances).
  • The day an order is processed does not count as a shipping day.


Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Classic Leather and Premier Leather?
Classic Leather has a smooth texture with a shiny finish where as Premier Leather has suede like texture and has no shine.

What is the difference between single layer and double layer sandals?
Both single and double layer sandals have an arch support. Double layer sandals have an extra layer that raises the heel of the sandal 5/16th of an inch. We recommend double layer for anyone who would like extra cushion under the heel, if you have high arches or wear insoles. 

Are my sandals covered under warranty?
The best way for us to tell if your sandals are covered under warranty is to provide us with a few pictures by email. We like to see at least 2 pictures of the sandals. Place the left and right sandal side by side; snap a photo of the top surface where your feet go and a photo of the bottom rubber soles. We will gladly review the photos and let you know how to proceed. Customers typically get a response within 2 business days.

What size should I get?
The best way to ensure a good fit is to go by the sandals length in inches (most customers measure a pair of sandals they already have and compare that to our size chart). These measurements can be found on our website here: Sizing Chart

The ideal fit would be for your foot to fit exactly on the foot bed without your heel or toes hanging off the edge.

The sandals are tight on my feet, is this normal?
Rainbow Sandals take time to break in. Customers have reported wedging a tennis ball or water bottle under the straps overnight helps them stretch. This will give you a jump start on breaking in your sandals. Also, wearing a pair of socks with the sandals will help protect your skin while the straps mold to your foot. Once the sandals break in, they become very comfortable.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally however; we will have to manually place the order for you. International customers should send an email to: Info@RainbowSandals.com

Be sure to include your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and a description of the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will use this information to get you a shipping quote and provide you with an order total. Customers can provide credit card information over the phone, by email, or you can send us a money order.

Do you re-sole sandals?
Unfortunately it is too difficult and time consuming for us to re-sole sandals. This is not a service we provide.

My leather sandals got wet, what should I do?
Make sure the sandals dry entirely out of the sun. This will make sure the leather doesn’t get brittle and crack. You may find the sandals curl up after they dry in direct sunlight or extreme heat. With continued use, they should flatten out and get back to normal.

Cracked leather is the result of water damage and not something covered by the Rainbow Guarantee.

Where can I buy Rainbow Sandals?
Aside from our website we have a factory outlet in San Clemente, CA, there are many retailers that carry our product. Often times the surf/skate store in your area will be an authorized retailer. Here are some of the larger retailers we sell to:

How do I clean my sandals?
Rainbow Sandals does not sell a cleaning product. Some customers have reported that wiping down their sandals with a damp cloth and light soap is helpful. Please be aware, the Rainbow Sandals guarantee  does not cover water damage or delamination of layers that is the result of cleaning your sandals.  Do not use any oil or petroleum based cleaner as the leather will delaminate from the midsole and there is no way to repair the sandals.

I don’t see my size on the website, what should I do?
Our site is updated to reflect our current inventory. If you do not see the size you are looking for, chances are the item is out of stock. We get shipments on a monthly basis so it never hurts to check back in a few weeks.
